As a senior Drupal Developer, I worked with the lead designer on the NCDIT Digital Solutions team to developed a new custom Drupal theme for NC.GOV. My contribution was choosing the theme framework, managing the development project and developing the frontend theme. This citizens portal redesign using Bootstrap 5 and Barrio sub theme to update the Drupal 9 state government website.
